We've been keeping our hands busy and our heads clear with some home sewing. Concentrating on a small manual task can do wonders for pesky things like anxiety at a time like this and cross stitch is a lovely place to start. 

We will be donating £1 from every kit sold to Calm, The Campaign Against Living Miserably. Given how 2020 is going, keeping an eye on your mental health has never felt so important.
