Shipping Policy:

 

For Made-to-Order items:

Design-Online allows you to create your ideal suit. As each item is made according to your specifications we require roughly 5 weeks to bring your idea to life.

Shipping on these items is free and is included in the timeframe above.

 

For Bespoke and Made-to-Measure garments:

We request that you collect your items in person so we can ensure the fit is up to our impeccable standards.

 

For Limited Collections:

From time to time we come across a particularly amazing fabric, or a style we just have to share. When this happens we might produce a Limited Collection of Ready-to-Wear pieces. As suggested, these will be Ready-to-Wear and to ship the day of your order so the following shipping details apply:

Returns Policy:

 

Any item Made-to-Order (this includes Design-Online, Made-to-Measure and Bespoke) cannot be returned once finished. However you have 14 days from moment of purchase to cancel your order for a full refund - less any costs already incurred (i.e. if the cloth has already been cut). 

 

For Limited Collection or other Ready-to-Wear items:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please make sure the item is not visibly worn, damaged, marked in any way with pen or grease, washed, smell of smoke, aftershave, perfume, deodorant or washing powder, or is in any condition that we deem renders the item unsaleable. All items must be returned with all relevant labelling and any accompanying marketing material specific to the item.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Situations may include but are not limited to: any item not in its original condition, any item which is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded except under special circumstances.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
